Franck Gaggiotti started as a dog handler in 1995. Concerned and aware of the need for private security agents in France, he created Elite SÉCURITÉ in 1999, which has evolved over the years with new technological tools and training with international instructors.
After Elite SÉCURITÉ became the leader in private security in the Chablais/Haute Savoie region, Franck GAGGIOTTI created Tactical PROTECTION® in order to provide professionals and private individuals with a high quality surveillance system (TECNOALARM®) and innovative training courses in collaboration with nationally and internationally renowned instructors.
